I knew it would eventually happen. My mom, dad, and sister have come and gone. It was so fun to have them here! They got a glimpse into our life here and we got to spend time with some of the people we miss most. Hallie, Megan, and Campbell were spoiled with love and attention and they just ate it up! I asked the girls what were some of their favorite parts of the visit. They listed several experiences including "sitting on the stairs with grandma and watching the bubbles", "grandpa reading to us early in the morning", and "playing Hullabaloo with Melissa." If we would have known these would be the highlights of the trip we could have saved everyone a lot of money. We know it was not easy to make the trip all the way out here because of time and money, but thank you. We needed it!

I am so glad you had this time to share with your family! You're slide show tells a perfect story and I too hope that hearts don't ache too much while you are apart.
I bet you're family loved everything you did, but it all comes in second to seeing you and Trevor and your sweet kids I'm sure.
I love your slideshow. And I had to laugh at your comment about how all their memories were the moments that didn't cost any money - how true that is. Even at Walker's age, his favorite toys are the kitchen gadgets. :) I'm so glad you had family in town, it's always such a treat.
You are so talented Kathryn. Your blog looks terrific- and I love your pictures. Campbell looks just like Trevor (with a mohawk). It sounds like you guys are having a good time and meeting tons of new friends.
