Thanksgiving 2011

We had a low key Thanksgiving this year. We didn't have any family here and Trevor worked at 2pm so we ate early.

We signed our Thanksgiving tablecloth and read the signatures and blessings from last year. It is fun to see it filling up.

I thought about not cooking all the traditional foods since it was just us but in the end I couldn't cut anything from the menu. It just wouldn't be Thanksgiving dinner without it!

Trevor said it was the yummiest Thanksgiving ever. Smart man.

After Trev left for work we decided it would be fun to get out the Christmas boxes and put up the tree.

We turned on some Bing Crosby and "decked the halls".

Pictures from November 2011

I found Tinkerbelle like this one morning.

Davis ready for church and looking so handsome.

First smile caught on camera. His first real smile was on November 17th 2011. He was exactly one month old. It melted my heart... his toothless smiles always do.

Halloween 2011

I'm so frustrated! For some reason a bunch of the pictures I took of the kids dressed up didn't work (something with the SD card I think). Anyway, I don have even ONE picture of Megan dressed up. :( She was darling as Miss America. Here are the pictures that worked.

2 weeks old

The only good picture I got of Hallie (Cleopatra).

We were so lucky to have Kim and Julie here to go trick-or-treating with the kids.

Sorting their stash after trick-or-treating with the neighbors (always my favorite part as a kid).

The first 2 weeks of Carson's life

Carson is such a sweet baby. I just wanted to share some random pictures of his first 2 weeks.

Hallie and Megan thought it would be fun to pull him around the house on a snow sled. He is their real live baby doll to play with. :) The girls have been so helpful! What would I do without them?!! He loves taking baths.

Campbell and Davis ADORE Carson. Every morning Davis runs in our room yelling, "Where's baby brother?!!" As soon as he locates him he smothers Carson with hugs and kisses and says, "I love you sooooo much baby!" It is such a sweet way to wake up in the morning. I hope he always feels that way about his little brother.

Campbell also loves Carson but he is more "cool" about it. When he thinks no one is looking he will kiss him otherwise he talks to him and covers him with blankets and gives him toys to play with.

I sure love these boys.
