I got my hair cut today!! It was very fun! Now it's up to my chin it is very very short now it will be fun to have very short hair!!! I donated my hair to locks of love and they are going to make a wig out of my hair. I'm glad I did it cause it was lots of fun!!!!! I hope they like their new wig.
Kathryn's comments: Hallie is loving herself with short hair. I can't get her to leave the mirror! On the way home from the salon she said, "Everyone's going to be so astonished (yes, she said astonished), they might even faint!" And to make things even more exciting tomorrow is her birthday. She is one happy little girl and that makes for one happy mommy.
P.S. This post is dedicated to Trevor who is working tonight but couldn't wait to see the new do.

Hallie you look so beautiful! I think it's so great that you donated to locks of love. Congratulations!
It looks absolutley beautiful!!
It must be the new trend becuase Sydney came home yesterday and said that she wants her hair cut short.
and happy birthday tomorrow!
Hallie,
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your short hair! You look so cute and I can't believe how long that pony tail was! Good for you for donating it to someone who really needs it!
Hallie,
You are just as adorable, maybe even more, with your hair short. I was thinking it's too bad you didn't donate it to me. I could really use it. But I think it's better that you donated it to Locks of Love.
I love you and your new hair style.
Love!
Grandpa Law
How cute! My niece donated her hair to Locks of Love when she was younger too--what a great opportunity for little children to learn how to give service! Hallie looks darling with short hair.
I love it! I can't wait to see it in person at church. What an unselfish thing to have done at such a young age. When I see sweet things like this I think--Oh, I hope my boys find someone special like that to marry! (no rush though!)
PS--I love your new (sort of) header and look. I just keep forgetting to tell you
Hallie, I love your new haircut!! It looks GREAT! I think it might even make you look a little bit older than seven!! I am so proud of you for donating your hair to Locks of Love. Did you know that once, a long time ago, my Mom (not Diane, my mother, Helen) used to have to wear a wig? She got Cancer and the medicine the doctors gave her to try and make her better made all her hair fall out. When I think of people donating to Locks of Love I think about my Mom and her wig. Hallie, you're such a good girl. I want my boys to be as good as you.
