The first day of school started with smiles and butterflies in the tummies.

Unfortunately, the first day of school ended in panic and tears since the girls got on the wrong bus to get home but as soon as they were safe at home and lots of hugs were had they both informed us that they had had a great day (minus the bus ride).
Several weeks into school now they are still very happy and enjoying their new teachers and friends. YAY!
What a relief.
This has definitely been my biggest worry with the move so I am so very grateful.
Also, I am enjoying school starting an hour later than in Kentucky. ;)

Hallie you are getting too big. I'm happy you are enjoying school and liking Washington. We are excited that you will be calling and playing your piano pieces for us. Don't forget. Love you lots, Grandma Law
Kathryn, I can't believe how big your girls are getting! They have grown up so much in the last couple of years. I've been walking with Andrea lately, which was reminding me of when I would walk with the two of you. Thanks for making me feel so welcome in my new ward five years ago!
I just caught up on your last few posts....glad to see you are doing well! You're kids are so cute, per usual:)
