"Nothing touches our soul but leaves its impress, and thus, little by little, we are fashioned into the image of all we have seen and heard, known and meditated; and if we learn to live with all that is fairest and purest and best, the love of it all will in the end become our very life."
--David B Haight
I love this quote. It reminds me that as a mother I must do all I can to fill my children's lives with all things good and pure.
I truly believe that in the end they will love and they will seek after what they have known best.

Kid Quotes
***(Hallie in the playroom with Meg) "Megan, you are the best sister!! It's true! Friends ARE for now and sisters are forever...(pause)... and dogs."
***Megan- "Mom, when is Hallie going to be an old lady?"
Hallie- "Megan, when you say that it hurts my feelings."
Me (trying not to laugh)- "I will be an old lady long before Hallie."
Megan- "Then will we get a new mom?"
Hallie- "No, Megan"
Megan- "Oh yeah, then daddy will take care of us"
